Terms & Conditions
By submitting an order with Logofarm (“Company”) you (“Client”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Service.
Logofarm offers an online logo design service for individuals who have filled in the Logofarm briefing form on the logofarm.com website.
Within 5 business working days*, we produce three different logo designs, you choose the logo you like best. Based on feedback from your emails, we will revise the chosen logo up to three times.
*This time period may be exceeded in exceptional circumstances when we experience extremely high demand. Clients will be informed if such a situation should arise.
2. Payment.
The logo fee is due when the order is placed. Credit card or bank transfer is accepted. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
3. Responses and Revisions.
From your initial contact and information supplied on the Logofarm briefing form, Logofarm will provide design concepts of logos, which require a response from you. Revisions providing clear and concise feedback incorporate changes you make to the initial logo concept. Each creative response from Logofarm aims to progress your logo project closer in the specific direction you have chosen.
Should you request significant changes after the third revision, Logofarm deems these to be major alterations and shall charge $66 for each alteration payable in advance to Logofarm. No ‘major alteration’ will commence without your approval. Logofarm will require a response within 30 days of each revision.
Should you not respond to the logo concepts supplied within that time, Logofarm will assume the project completed and have no further obligation to you.
The final approved logo will be supplied in one style only, formatted in .ai, .jpg, .pdf & .psd file formats. Outlined, solid, mono, reversed or different coloured versions of the approved logo are not included in the Logofarm packages.
Specialised, particular and expert illustrations are not included in the Logofarm logo service.
4. Limitations.
Logofarm reserves the right to alter prices at any time without notice. If a client has commissioned any services from Logofarm prior to a change in prices, that logo project will not be subject to any increase, but any subsequent logo project may be subject to an increase.
Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, text and graphics displayed on this site are the © Logofarm. 2017. All rights reserved. All other images are copyright and / or trademark of the respective owners. Many of the logos displayed are registered trademarks and are protected by trademark law in the countries where registered. Written permission from the owner or designer should be sought for their reproduction.
Logos displayed on this site are for identification and information purposes, copying any logo or trademark or any part of this site is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property.
Logofarm does not guarantee that any logo, which it designs, can be registered as a trade mark or that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights. The client will not hold Logofarm responsible for any infringement of copyright relating to text or graphics contained within designs. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that no copyright infringement will occur in the use of their company or product name. Refunds will not be made in cases of such copyright infringement.

6. Ownership.
6.1. Artist Rights. Once you appoint Logofarm, you grant Logofarm a royalty-free, exclusive worldwide right (including moral rights) and licence to use, reproduce, print and publish the final logo design for display, promotional and information purposes.
6.2. Client Rights. On completion of the design process and full payment has been made, the ownership of the final logo is automatically transferred to the client. The client does not however own any other content generated during the revision process. Assignment of Copyright of the finished and approved logo can be obtained for a fee. You acknowledge your ownership rights under these Terms and Conditions.
7. Right of Refusal.
Logofarm shall have the right to refuse any logo project or user that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable, obscene, indecent, and defamatory or violates the rights of others.
8. Refunds.
A customer has a right to ask for a refund in accordance with the Trades Practices Act, returns and refunds – The customers statutory rights.
9. Privacy.
Logofarm does not disclose or share, with any other party, your personal identifying information.
